We couldn’t be happier with our new pool, spa, and beautiful marble deck! From start to finish, the entire experience with Champion Pool & Spa was outstanding. A very special thank you to Chloe, Renée, Jerry, and the entire Champion Pools team. They were honest, professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We were kept informed every step of the way and always knew what to expect. What impressed us most was that they did exactly what they said they would do.  Our pool and deck were completed on time and within the timeframe we were originally given. That level of professionalism and follow-through is hard to find! The finished product is absolutely beautiful and has transformed our backyard into a gorgeous space that we will enjoy for years to come. We had a fantastic experience with Champion Pools from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional pool builder.  We hired them to install a new in-ground pool (including patio marble) and they exceeded our expectations in every way. They were communicative and kept us updated through every phase of construction, from excavation to final inspection. Our backyard looks like a resort now and the pool was finished right on schedule and within our budget. Thank you so much! This is the 2nd pool we've had Champion do for us.  The process was smooth, transparent, efficient and from breaking ground to final permit approval it took 3 months which is incredibly fast for a pool. Words cannot express the depth of gratitude we have for the entire team at Champion Pools & Spas for making the dream of our beautiful backyard oasis come true!!! From the initial inciteful meetings with Cory where we planned our dream, to the unparalleled support from Renee & Chloe with all of our various questions & concerns throughout the entire process from choosing our colors, pool construction, tile installation, deck installation, Pebble Tec installation, startup pool cleaning, and the very detailed pool school. Each and every team and person involved in our pool project displayed vast knowledge, professionalism & work ethic truly above & beyond all others in the industry. I would highly recommend Champion Pools to anyone looking to design and build a pool. We had such a great experience with them from day one—from working with our salesperson, through the start of the dig, all the way to the very end of the project. Chloe was such a pleasure to work with from an in-house and administrative perspective. She was always proactive about keeping us informed about what was happening, what was needed from us, and providing constant reminders about upcoming steps. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Renee, our construction manager, was equally amazing. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout every stage of construction, and was regularly on-site making sure the crews were doing what they were supposed to do and that everything stayed on track. Building a pool can be a stressful process, but the Champion Pools team made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Champion Pools built a stunning custom pool and spa for our home in Juno Beach, the entire experience was exceptional. We have worked with David at Champion Pools for years now and he is the best in the business. Always available to help troubleshoot and goes the extra mile for his customers. We spend a lot of time in our custom pool built by Champion and went to David during Covid to build our spa. Very professional and reasonable. Highly recommended!
