There have been many advances in pool lighting over the last several years. One of the most important is the move from incandescent lighting to LED lighting for energy conservation. With the move to LED lighting your pool can now be effectively lit with a 20W or 30W light versus the 50W or 100W lights of old. Another advanced product is the nicheless light. With this new technology we can eliminate the need for a stainless steel niche and install a small light, roughly 3” in diameter, instead of lights that are the size of a dinner plate.
